About the Role
WNDR is seeking an AGM with a high energy personality who is driven to build and lead a team that excites and delights guests as they visit WNDR Boston. The ideal candidate will enjoy having a bit of fun while they work, have extensive hospitality experience and be passionate about cultivating a team environment that provides exceptional customer experience. This position will also cultivate roots in the Boston community, as we partner with schools to promote STEAM/STEM education, in addition to working with other local charities to enrich and elevate the city.
Desired Skills and Experience, and Expectations related to Role:
- 5+ years of progressive growth managing a customer service operation
- Hotel, restaurant, event or guest service management preferred
- Flexible working schedule akin to restaurant/bar (vs. 9-to-5), including on-site presence for occasions of special events, installations, or other museum related activities
- Passion to represent WNDR with professionalism, clear communication, high integrity, and enthusiasm for our purpose and mission
- Demonstrated track record of hiring, training, managing and coaching diverse staff in order to optimize the visitor experience and customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with the proven ability to remain calm in high-stress customer service interactions to arrive at appropriate solutions

- Technology Skills: Knowledge of computer hardware and software, including Microsoft Office. Experience with events management software. POS experience. Knowledge of scheduling software
- Experience with managing payroll and inventory
- Ensures that all security, safety and sanitation standards are achieved

About the Role
If you were the kid who couldn’t resist pushing the button to see what would happen, this is the job for you! The AV/Multimedia manager will help with the setup, testing, and complex installation of immersive, multimedia exhibits for WNDR during our opening, and manage the maintenance, repair, and installation of new exhibits post-open. This is a very hands-on role that requires moving heavy equipment, using ladders, scissor lifts, etc.
Desired Skills and Experience, and Expectations related to Role:
- 4+ years’ experience in AV/multimedia tech
- Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills
- Experience installing and maintaining AV equipment in gallery and public space settings (including, but not limited to, cable termination, rack building, understanding of safe mounting and anchoring techniques, projectors, video displays, cameras, audio and video players and security devices)
- Fundamental understanding of TouchDesigner, Unity, Unreal Engine or similar creative coding packages
- Experience with Show Controller and WATCHOUT a plus
- Carpentry, electrical, or other construction or facilities experience is a plus
- An aptitude for mechanics and superior problem solving skills
- Passion to represent WNDR with professionalism, clear communication, high integrity, and enthusiasm for our purpose and mission
- Eagerness and ability to pick up new software and tools of the trade
- Ability to troubleshoot, document and report technical issues with appropriate supervisors/directors/colleagues

Buckle Up! As WNDR scales its Chicago-based art + tech experience across the US, we are seeking a Project Manager to organize and support our WNDR Global team as they curate, design, and build immersive art + tech exhibits for WNDR Museums around the United States.

The WNDR Global Project Manager will report to the Head of WNDR Studios and work closely with the entire WNDR team, Finance, Retail, Marketing, and our Expansion team. This role will allow WNDR to grow and scale with structure and process. About the Role
The WNDR museum is looking for San Diego’s friendliest, most energetic go-getters to join our growing team of creators, artists, performers, and educators.
As an Ambassador of the wndr museum, you’ll play an integral part in shaping the entire guest experience, offering service and hospitality with a dose of humor and humanity, from the moment guests step off the street and into our space. The Ambassador will report to the Floor Managers for day-to-day operations, museum policies, and procedures.
Responsibilities include:
- Being in uniform ready to work on assigned duties of the day
- Arriving on time and being ready for pre-shift meetings and communicating effectively with other Ambassadors, and Floor Managers
- Facilitating authentic museum experiences for our guests through development of a comprehensive knowledge of our space
- Engaging with guests and assisting with any questions or issues
- Providing superior customer service
- Managing the flow of guests in our space, and maintaining the safety and security of installations and guests
- Attending mandatory trainings and monthly all-staff meetings
- Working in all aspects of the museum floor experience, including retail, food and beverage, and the box office
- Processing onsite ticket sales via Ticketure and troubleshooting ticketing issues
- Keeping our space clean and orderly for our coworkers and our guests
- Other duties as assigned

As an ambassador, your role is to be the ultimate guide and inspire all guests of the museum. Major duties include facilitating guest flow, assisting guests with their photo ops, understanding all aspects of WNDR museum and its exhibits/concepts. Buckle up! As WNDR scales its Chicago-based art + tech experience across the US, we are seeking a Creative Developer/Immersive Technologist for WNDR Studios.
About the Role
The Creative Developer/Immersive Technologist will develop and implement immersive multimedia form factors for WNDR locations. The candidate will be a part of the WNDR Studios team, helping to create tech concepts (and narratives) for multimedia rooms, bringing them to realization through collaboration with in-house and freelance technical partners.
WNDR exhibits are highly interactive and tech driven interactive environments. We utilize software (TouchDesigner, Resolume, etc.), projection and LED mapping, custom microcontrollers, sensors, and motion tracking.
Post-integration of projects, the Creative Developer/Immersive Technologist will help streamline long-term maintenance strategies that ensure the longevity and stability of active exhibits across WNDR.

- Experience with motion tracking technologies like LIDAR, Kinect, and Zedd
- Experience with microcontrollers like Arduino, Raspberry Pi and Teensy
- Proficient in projection and LED mapping
- Familiarity with dynamic lighting, multi-channel audio systems, supervisory control systems and other commercial AV hardware, and how they connect together
