Don't see what you're looking for below? Contact us directly and we'll be happy to help answer any questions you might have!
Q: Is WNDR Wednesday a separate ticket?
A: Yes! WNDR Wednesday tickets are a special, online-only ticket. While regular admission tickets don’t include WNDR Wednesday perks, all guests can enjoy the exhibits during regular hours.
Q: What does the ticket include?
A: Your ticket includes full museum access from 4–7PM, one beverage (alcoholic* or non-alcoholic), and a themed handout (available to the first 50 guests).
Q: Can I still enter after 7PM?
A: The last entry window is between 6:30PM and 7:00PM to ensure everyone has plenty of time to enjoy the experience.
Q: Can I attend if I buy a ticket day-of?
A: Absolutely! As long as tickets are still available, you can purchase your ticket online the day of the event.
Q: Can I use a promo code or membership for additional discounts?
A: WNDR Wednesday tickets are already offered at a special discounted rate and can’t be combined with other discounts or offers.
Q: Are themes announced in advance?
A: Yes! We’ll share each week’s theme through our website and social media channels so you can look forward to what’s coming.
Q: What drinks are available with my ticket?
A: You’ll receive one complimentary drink—choose from alcoholic* and non-alcoholic options.
Q: How do I get my included drink?
A: Simply present your drink redemption card to an Ambassador when ordering your beverage. They’ll collect the card at that time.
Q: Can I get a non-alcoholic option?
A: Absolutely! We’re happy to offer a range of delicious non-alcoholic drinks.
Q: What if I lose my drink card?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot reissue lost drink cards. Please keep yours safe until redeemed.
Q: What kind of handouts are included?
A: Each week’s theme features a fun handout (temporary tattoos, glowsticks, or other surprises). Giveaways are limited to the first 50 guests.
Q: Can I choose my color/design?
A: When there are options available, we’ll do our best to honor your preferences—while supplies last.
Q: What if I arrive late?
A: Since giveaways are limited and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, we can’t guarantee they’ll still be available if you arrive later in the evening.

Q: Why do ticket prices vary depending on when I book?
A: WNDR uses a dynamic pricing system, which means ticket prices can change in real time based on demand. This system ensures all guests can enjoy a more comfortable, uncrowded experience. Booking early or choosing a less busy time slot is the best way to secure the lowest available rate.
Q: Can I get a refund if I see a lower price after I’ve already purchased my ticket?
A: All ticket purchases are final. Ticket prices reflect demand at the time of purchase, so prices may vary over time—similar to booking hotels or flights.
Q: How will I know what the current ticket price is?
A: The current ticket price is always displayed before checkout on our website.
Q: Why did today’s ticket price change from what I saw yesterday?
A: Prices are updated in real time based on demand. If more tickets have been sold since you last checked, the price may have adjusted accordingly.
Q: My friend paid a different price for the same day. Why?
A: Prices vary based on when each ticket is purchased and how many have been sold for that specific time. Booking earlier typically results in lower prices.
Q: Why are prices based on 30-minute windows rather than full days?
A: This allows for more accurate crowd flow and demand-based pricing. It benefits our guests with more flexible price options and to ensure the best experience.
Q: Does dynamic pricing apply every day?
A: Yes. Dynamic pricing is in effect during all regular operating hours unless otherwise noted for fixed-price events or special promotions.
Q: Are WNDR+ tickets affected by dynamic pricing?
A: No. WNDR+ tickets are premium fixed-price tickets and are not subject to dynamic pricing.
Q: Are special events affected by dynamic pricing?
A: No. Special events and certain promotions use fixed pricing.

A: Yes! WNDR+ includes WNDR Cover, which allows you to cancel or reschedule your ticket before your visit—no questions asked.
Q: What if I lose my wristband?
A: No problem. Just stop by the front desk and we’ll reissue it once we verify your ticket.

A: We understand it happens! Unfortunately, redemption cards are single-use and can’t be replaced—so we recommend keeping it safe until you redeem it.

A: Perks are valid only on the day of your visit, but your collectible wristband makes a fun souvenir to remember your WNDR+ experience!

WNDR Museum is a permanent immersive art experience located in Chicago’s West Loop, San Diego’s Gaslamp Quarter, and Boston’s Downtown Crossing.
We were originally founded as a pop-up in Chicago in 2018. Depending on how long you choose to interact with each installation, it generally takes people about 45 minutes to up to an hour.
WNDR Museum consistently curates its experience by leaning into cutting edge technologies to welcome new installations year-round. You can find our most up-to-date exhibits for each museum under the “Visit” tab.
WNDR Museum was brought to life by visionary entrepreneur Brad Keywell, whose lifelong passion for creativity, curiosity, and connection inspired its creation. The spark for WNDR traces back to Brad’s childhood in 1977, when, as a seven-year-old, he wrote a heartfelt letter to Michigan Wolverines quarterback Rick Leach on yellow poster board with a blue Sharpie—colors reflecting his deep enthusiasm. To his delight, the letter led to a fully signed poster, proving that wonder paired with action can lead to extraordinary results.
Years later, this ethos of “wonder as a superpower” became the foundation for WNDR Museum. Brad envisioned a place where creativity thrives, curiosity leads, and human connection is celebrated—a space where people of all ages could explore the unexpected in everyday life.
Today, WNDR Museum is a vibrant celebration of creativity and play, blending immersive art experiences, innovative design, and transformative storytelling. It’s not just a museum—it’s a movement, made for all who seek to wonder.
We highly recommend booking tickets in advance online to ensure you are able to visit at your preferred time. If you are not able to book tickets online for your preferred time, that likely means we are sold out for that time slot.
Please arrive promptly at your reservation time. Your scheduled time ensures that you have a pleasant experience at WNDR.
Tickets are available for purchase at the door, subject to availability. If a time slot is sold out online, additional tickets will not be available at the door.
