I am running late to my reservation! Can I still visit WNDR Museum today?

If you are running late, we are happy to accommodate you at a later time on the day of your original reservation. If you need to visit the museum on a different day, please use the reschedule button in your confirmation email.

What is WNDR Museum?

WNDR reimagines the traditional museum experience through interactive, immersive exhibits. As guests travel through WNDR Museum, they are taken on a multi-dimensional journey in which they serve as an extension of each creator by interacting with various installations.

 

Please note, WNDR is a high sensory experience that may contain flashing lights, sounds and other high sensory elements.

How long does it take to go through WNDR Museum?

Depending on how long you choose to interact with each exhibit, it generally takes guests about an 45 minutes to an hour. Guests are welcome to enjoy snacks and beverages afterwards in the WNDR Lounge and browse for an assortment of our curious goods in the WNDR Shop.

How can I access my tickets?

Your tickets are sent via email upon the completion of your purchase. If you do not see your confirmation email, please check your spam and promotions folders. If you did not receive a confirmation email, you can contact our reservation team here.

Can I reschedule my tickets?

 Yes! Please use the reschedule button in your confirmation email. Tickets are required to be rescheduled within 90 days of your original reservation date. If you have issues rescheduling to your desired date and time, you can contact our reservation team here.

How often is WNDR Museum updated?

WNDR Museum consistently curates its experience by leaning into cutting edge technologies to welcome new installations year-round. You can find our most up-to-date exhibits for each museum under the “Visit” tab.

Do you need a reservation to go to WNDR Museum?

We highly recommend booking tickets in advance online to ensure you are able to visit at your preferred time. If you are not able to book tickets online for your preferred time, that likely means we are sold out for that time slot.

 

Please arrive promptly at your reservation time. Your scheduled time ensures that you have a pleasant experience at WNDR.

 

Tickets are available for purchase at the door, subject to availability. If a time slot is sold out online, additional tickets will not be available at the door.

Is WNDR Museum good for kids?

WNDR is excited to welcome your family. Please note WNDR is an immersive experience filled with flashing lights, mirrors, loud sounds, visual effects, and other stimulating features. We ask each guest to consider their comfort with these features when deciding if WNDR is a good fit for their family. Guests under 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in the experience, shop, and lounge.

Is there parking at WNDR Museum?

Parking is limited, so we strongly encourage the use of public transportation and ride shares to access all WNDR Museum locations across the country.

Can I get a refund?

As stated in our Ticketing Policy and in your confirmation email, all tickets are final sale and non-refundable. If you are unable to make your reservation time, we are more than happy to reschedule you to a new date and time. You can contact our reservation team here.

Is photography and/or videography allowed in the Museum?

Yes, photography and videography is encouraged! However, filming at WNDR for commercial or promotional purposes is strictly prohibited. Please note that the use of tripods, and changing outfits mid-experience is strictly prohibited. Photography and videography cannot interfere with the experience of other guests. Certain exhibits may be timed and do not allow re-entry.

Is WNDR wheelchair accessible? Are animals allowed in WNDR?

Entry to WNDR is ADA-compliant, however, not all installations may be accessible. Only registered service animals are welcome, but please note there may be areas and/or installations in the museum which are not fully accessible with a service animal.

Do you sell gift cards?

Unfortunately, we do not offer gift cards at this time. However, you can purchase tickets on our website and the recipient can reach back out to change their preferred date and time.

Do you offer discounts or coupon codes?

We currently offer discounted tickets for kids (ages 2-12) and active military and veterans with valid ID. Those tickets can be purchased on our website without a special code.

Why the time limit in the Kusama exhibit?

Per the guidelines instituted by Yayoi Kusama herself, guests will only be allowed a limited amount of time inside Let’s Survive Forever in WNDR Boston or Dots Obsession in WNDR Chicago.
