ABOUT:
This interactive sound and light installation is made up of 33 wooden sculptures mounted with colored light bulbs. Each part was cut with a jigsaw and hand painted by the artist.
The installation is controlled by sixteen buttons that trigger synchronized music and light sequences. Depending on the combination of buttons pressed, a different song and visual sequence is created. Andy asks the viewer to collaborate with him by creating their own songs.
Fun fact:
The three cats in the installation are based on Andy and his wife Julie’s cats, Coconut, Koala and Baby Cloud.
